Afewee currently offers several recreational classes for those who wish to keep fit and healthy whilst still learning the art of boxing. These boxfit classes are open to all adults aged 18+ of all abilities. shapes and sizes. Afewee prides itself on offering affordable classes, open to everyone who wants to get fit the boxing way!
What to expect
Skipping, Running, Circuit Training, Bag work, Pad work , Core work etc.
Tuesdays 7pm-8pm, Thursdays 8:30pm-9:30pm, Saturdays 8:45am-9:45am
